You're responsible for conducting talent mapping, market and competitive research, and overall talent analysis for the Asia Pacific region for Cisco Meraki. You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to build this for a variety of specialized and senior level positions. You live for drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient, and will partner with the global Talent Acquisition team and local Recruiters to produce comprehensive talent market data that informs ours sourcing tactics and strategies. From generating pipeline to creating a talent growth strategy, you manage the entire regional sourcing and talent research strategy. This role is based in our Sydney APJC head office.

What you will do:

  • Generate talent pipeline and engage key business partners to find and attract top talent across various global teams

  • Define and own the search strategy across competitive research, profile development, networking and direct sourcing

  • Conduct market analysis and research to inform on job seeker behaviour

  • Partner with the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels

  • Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals

  • Build talent mapping analysis and reporting for all in-region roles, countries, talent competitors, and include critical business intelligence

  • Use market expertise and data to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and hire the best talent

  • Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements

  • Track the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail

  • Lead workforce planning, internal mobility and attrition analysis for the region

  • Promote our employer brand online and offline in partnership with Talent Brand globally

You have:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in Executive Search, a Talent Sourcing/Research role, or similar experience

  • Proficiency and passion for in-depth research and project work that is systematic and detailed to produce comprehensive data and presentable information

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management

  • Able to flex and problem solve to manage competing demands in a fast paced, metric driven environment

  • Results oriented self-starter with track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic and integrity
