Campus Recruiter responsibilities include

· Attend and Host in-house career days for students and recent graduates by department or field of expertise

· Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand

· Source, Pipeline and Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for required full time positions and internships

· Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired

· Follow the global UR guideline with respect to process and KPI’s

· Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities

· Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our internship programs

· Design and place print ads on college campuses

· Post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups

· Liaise with team leaders, hiring managers to define hiring needs and internship programs

· Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions including business stakeholders


· Relevant work experience of 5+ years as a University Recruiter / Talent Acquisition / Staffing Specialist or similar HR role

· Experience in job advertising, branding and hiring for entry-level roles

· Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews

· Hands-on experience with resume database and Applicant Tracking Systems

· Familiarity with social media sourcing and branding

· Understanding of local labor legislation, particularly regarding internships and offer

· Good networking and Communication abilities

· Be creative and think about innovative ways of attracting good candidates

· Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
