What You'll Do
Cisco’s operations & innovation team is looking for a Business Operations Manager to drive Digital Business Transformation. In this role, you will lead a cross functional team to execute strategy and enable operations for multiple interrelated transformation programs in alignment with corporate objectives. You will lead the overall portfolio of transformation programs, including funding requests, budget management, and metrics attainment.You will influence leaders for alignment across multiple organizations within and outside of Supply Chain Operations.

This is an opportunity to influence several large functions responsible for delivering value and growth by driving process & platform for managing offers across Cisco Business Entities. You will work with multiple partners across Operations, Engineering & Services to build operational capabilities to enable new business models and facilitate faster Product/Offer Innovation. You will partner with IT organization to implement highly complex programs & initiatives and drive cross functional alignment & efficiencies throughout the organization.
Who You Are
You are a key contributor to design and implement Operations strategy. You have a can-do attitude with strong Operations, Engineering, & Program Management skills and are comfortable working in ambiguity. You are capable of leading cross functional programs and able to influence and align on priorities. You have effective team building & collaboration skills within strategic and tactical organizations.
Our Requirements are the following:
You will have 8+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, IT or related field
3+ years’ experience in leading complex program portfolio and/or cross-functional initiatives
Experience in defining, managing and executing capability roadmaps and driving business priorities.
Deep understanding of critical project/ program management concepts such as tasks, dependencies, risks, issues, status reporting. You able to use advanced PM tools and techniques to build & manage a large execution plan
Agile experience as a product owner role managing multiple releases & scrum teams
Skilled in planning & portfolio management with growing scope
Experience working in large, complex organizations
Strong listening, influencing and interpersonal skills
Record of high performance and success
A demonstrated track record of delivering complex business solutions including processes & policy
Ability to work without significant mentorship and management directives to successfully formulate strategy and lead change in organizations
Rich experience partnering with IT organization and 3rd party IT services companies to deliver Enterprise level tools/systems
Business acumen through an acute understanding of Supply Chain Operations, Business Operations, and Virtual manufacturing environments in High Technology Industry
Ability to transform complex business requirements into solutions and deliver capabilities with aggressive roadmap & timeline
Ability to inspire change Management plan and lead change across large user base
High-energy strong analytical thinker with discernment skills including organizational, self- motivation and prioritization skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, Business Administration or Finance
MBA preferred but not required
