What you'll do :
As a Senior Strategy & Planning Manager, you will play a central part of defining, launching, and driving critical initiatives across our company. Your role involves structuring problem statements, collaborating with key partners, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering results to our senior leadership team. Dive into the heart of critical initiatives across various functions, collaborating with senior leaders, and crafting long-term priorities related to market dynamics, growth strategy, and business performance improvement. This is your opportunity to become a key player on our Strategy and Operational team, exploring sophisticated problems, gaining insights into executive-level strategic issues, and building cross-organizational relationships.

Responsibilities :
Partner with senior executives to define, launch, and drive strategic initiatives, from work plans to data analysis and final recommendations.

Drive recommendations through to implementation and results tracking.
Lead cross-functional, global teams on project execution.

Basic requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
*
10-12 years of professional experience.
Experience, presenting to and partnering with Senior Executives, with outstanding problem-solving skills and business judgment.
*
Experience Leading Strategy Projects, Including Content Creation and Strategy Execution.
Preferred requirements :
*
3-5 years of experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank, or corporate strategy in a high-tech company.
Passionate about motivating and developing teams.
*
Experience Managing a Team.
