What You'll Do

As a critical player within the WWS FP&A Profitability team, you will be responsible for managing, planning, forecasting, and reporting on the WW Sales Commission Accrual. You will work with various teams to gather inputs to calculate the commissions accrual. You will be a main contact for all things commissions related (reporting to executives, impacts to comp plan job code changes, integrating new acquisitions, etc.).

Who You'll Work With

You will lead a team of 2 direct reports and partner with Finance and Accounting teams, auditors (external PwC and internal SOX PMO team), as well as Corporate FP&A to ensure the Company’s commission accrual is properly forecasted/calculated.

Who You Are

You are a strong communicator who is organized, performs well under pressure and strict corporate timelines, and can build ad hoc models used to provide executive level guidance and recommendations on Cisco’s commission accrual related questions. You have the ability to manage small teams, develop talent who can work independently, and delegate critical tasks which are all important to be successful in this dynamic role.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration, or related field

  • Minimum 7+ years of meaningful work experience

  • Requires specialized knowledge and expertise in financial analysis and familiarity with the broader underlying concepts of related business disciplines

  • Applies understanding of the industry and how own area adds to the achievement of finance objectives

  • Leads others to tackle complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify creative solutions; communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
