What You'll Do
In this role, you will be passionate about working with global enterprise customers to develop, design and articulate the end to end network solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Cisco’s solutions. Your focus of this role is to develop solutions that allow our customers to implement a consistent policy framework across major network boundaries/domains and drive solutions for automation, security, and policy across all aspects of the network and solutions. This role needs to be able to
Communicate with roles ranging from individual contributor focused resources to IT/Line of Business Executives.
Collaborate with Internal Cisco BE teams and advanced services to drive customer requirements and ensure complete solution development.

Who You Are
You know how to provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions, technical and sales support for selected major accounts. You understand business requirements for customer base and you are able to translate them into technical requirements. You understand and Articulate Cisco's Architectures and Services. You know how to facilitate better communications and have the understanding of customer requirements between customers, corporate and the field. You build, present and document technical solutions. You perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects. You drive identified major account opportunities (i.e. technical consulting, upper-level management presentations, Cisco technology solutions, product requirements, and design validation) while allowing local account team to maintain long-term ownership. You provide consultative support to other Team Specialists and Systems Engineers. You exhibit leadership and are viewed as a leader by senior management, peers, partners, company, and customers. You bring together product requirements from field and customer and submit findings to relevant BUs and Boards and Councils to drive Area or Operation business requirements. Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Virtual Team(s) and/or Solutions Team(s).
Our minimum requirements for this role:
Experience with Enterprise network routing, switching, iWAN, security, voice/VoWLAN and Unified Access architectures.
Extensive experience selling WLAN and LAN networking technologies at the engineering level through the CxO level.
In-depth knowledge of baseline SE skills and in-depth knowledge in SDN / APIC, WAN / iWAN / MPLS, Routing and Switching, WLAN, IPv6
You will have exposure to established Architectural Framework methodologies and possess in-depth knowledge and strong operating experience in more than one of the following solution areas: VPNs,
Security, QoS, Remote/Local Access, Rich Media, Voice Lan/WLAN, Campus/MAN, WAN, Optical Networking, Transmission Systems or Wireless. In-depth industry knowledge in the appropriate market segment(s).
Have deeply detailed knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria, and applications. Thorough bold knowledge (in their area of specialization) including solution, technology, and product offerings.
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Validated technical knowledge and consultative skills. Ability to train and disseminate information in Area or Operation
10+ years related experience.
Cisco product and end-to-end positioning required.
Strong product experience required Riverbed, Aruba, Motorola, Juniper, HP and others a strong plus.
Pre- and Post-Sales experience required.
Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.
