We are seeking a Sales Administrator who will support the US Field Sales Team based out of our San Francisco office. This job is perfect for someone interested in a career in sales, a self-starter who can multitask, learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline and detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support and assistance to the US Field Sales Team processing quotes, orders and resolving issues

  • Required start time dependent on regional coverage

  • Handle domestic and international shipping inquiries

  • Assist to ensure compliance with free trial process

  • Assist in resolving booking issues with Operations, Finance, and Shipping/Export

  • Become technically proficient with Salesforce.com and other sales systems

  • Maintain sales procedures, processes and CRM database integrity

Requirements

  • College degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience (sales support or customer service preferred)

  • Expected to work from Meraki‚Äôs San Francisco office, full-time

  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Experience with MS Office required and Salesforce.com preferred

  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, highly energetic, professional and flexible

  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Sense of humor
