The WW Enterprise Networking Sales Team goal is to have a broad impact on the Cisco sales organization to accelerate sales of our solutions while enabling customers and partners to be successful. The team influences innovation, technology and enablement to assist Cisco as it continues to evolve as a market leader, preserve top-line margins and offer unique customer solutions with differentiated advantages over the competition.

What You’ll Do

This position requires a dynamic individual who is able to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives leveraging various methodologies to achieve objectives. The role supports the building of the roadmap, strategy, and implementation of WAN projects to drive revenue over the next five years. This position will play a key role in the development of the WAN sales strategy and have responsibility for it’s' execution, tracking, and reporting to the WW WAN leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

  • You will lead cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities

  • You will lead complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insight

  • Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps

  • Participate in shaping messaging and enablement plans globally

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five years of project management and data analytics experience

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred

  • Strong business insight and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.

  • Proficiency in basic networking and WAN technologies

  • Proven ability to speak to audiences large and small

  • Develop executive relationships both inside Cisco and with customers

Desired Skills

  • Strong analytical and financial skills

  • General understanding of the WAN / SD-WAN market and trends

  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and work with minimum supervision

  • Comfortable presenting to senior executives

  • Very strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
