Cisco Manager. Lifecycle Success Architect Leads (Service Provider, Cloud & Compute, or Automation) in North Sydney, Australia

What You’ll Do The Manager of Lifecycle Success Architecture Leads is a highly critical technical expert, innovator, and strategic people leader that engages the following stakeholders to accomplish the following: * Lifecycle Success Architect Leaders providing support from a technical, personal, and career trajectory perspective for multiple dynamic teams. * Cisco’s Customers to accelerate their adoption of Cisco products/Solutions that transform their business sand drive business outcomes. * CX and BE Product Managers to provide technical insights and support based on business reviews. * Customer Success Specialist (CSS), Customer Success Executive, and Success Program Manager community to technical build, provide business updates, and contribute to the enablement on the communities as it pertains to Lifecycle Success initiatives. This is a highly strategic, customer-obsessed, and technical leadership role intended to lead the teams that help our customers with a myriad of their adoption challenges across the following product domains: Networking, Security, Data Center, Collaboration, SP, IoT, CX Automation, and Cross-BE. This role focuses on driving architecture strategy, innovation, global execution, and global consistency across the Cisco’s Customer Experience lifecycle success assets. Through technical and business leadership and expertise you will daily influence the products, offerings, programs, processes, tools, and deliverables that shape the overall experience of CSS engagements with customers and will serve as a technical leader within the wider CXPM and CS communities. This includes: * in Cisco’s most critical business areas by working with the CSS, Product Management, and customer community to identify, define, and share feedback that would aid in prioritizing the use cases * of all our lifecycle success assets including Accelerators and ATXs, in partnership with the Product Management Practice, New Product teams and the CSS community. Role also includes harvesting innovation and best practices. * to provide feedback that influences a technical working model and platform for lifecycle success assets. * for all new lifecycle success assets (e.g., Ask The Expert, Accelerators) and be responsible for delivery and enhancements to first round of pilot customers. * on new lifecycle success assets. * with the CSS community to improve existing lifecycle success assets and capture best practices for all new development. * on a rotational basis as they assist with lifecycle success asset development and maintenance while contributing to their growth and development. Who You Are * : Proactively understands customer needs and aligns architectural and vertical expertise to lead cross-functional teams driving alignment on decisions that enhance customer value. * Personal conviction to see all around them progress and succeed in any and all efforts that they are a part of. Has not only the innate ability, but a honed sense of how to positively influence the lives the individuals around them * : Deep technical knowledge with ability to understand and connect customer use cases/plans with Cisco solutions and how Cisco solutions can be optimally applied in a customer’s environment to accelerate customer value. A desire to use this understanding to drive business value and participate in leadership conversations to influence. * : Work across internal and external teams of all levels to proactively inspire technical implementation decisions and work towards common goal. Ability to operate and interact with leadership at the highest levels within our customer’s organization as a trusted advisor and consultant. * : Clear understanding of high-level business landscape including key strategic priorities, processes, and competitive marketplace. Ability to use this business acumen while interacting with executive leadership to communicate strategy and influence plans for execution. * : Interest in and proven ability to lead a team while driving execution across relevant technology and business outcomes. * : Delivers complex information in a confident and convincing manner, appropriate to a diverse audience that produces clarity, inspires action, and drives results. * Required Experience * Combination of 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, direct customer interfacing/engagement, and people leadership role with a deep understanding of industry best practices related to solution domains. * Thorough understanding of the technical fundamentals of aligned technology/specialization areas, including features and use cases, and an ability to define and articulate how technology can be used to solve business challenges * Suggested Previously or Currently held Cisco technical Certifications: CCNA / CCNP / CCDP/ CCIE or equivalent preferred * Suggested Cisco People Leader Certifications/Courses: Aspiring Leaders * BS Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Masters preferred If you are looking for hands-on involvement in crafting the future direction of Cisco and Customer Experience, we have a place for you.
