Cisco seeks a Materials Planning Manager. The ideal candidate will become part of an established team of world-class supply chain professionals who manage inventory investments to support our customer’s needs and exceed delivery expectations. This position is critical to the success of Cisco’s customer experience and profitability.

What You Will Do

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Services & Logistics Global Supply Planning Team. This is an Individual Contributor role, responsible for timely sourcing, replenishment, and balancing adequate levels of inventory within our Services Supply Chain to support customer needs, within budget.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain optimal levels of stock to meet customer demand & business requirements throughout the life cycle of each product utilizing demand planning software.

  • Source & deploy additional products to replenish stock in a timely manner.

  • Proactively identify potential shortages and expedite orders to mitigate risk.

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis.

  • Maintain excellent levels of customer delivery.

  • Handle partner concerns.

  • Provide solutions to complex supply chain issues.

  • Continually improve business outcomes.

  • Adhere to budget targets.

  • Effectively collaborate with customers, globally.

  • Participate in Projects & Initiatives as required.

Who You’ll Work With

  • You will work very closely with Services Supply Chain partners.

  • You will report to the Supply Planning Manager (EMEA)

  • You work well with others and can communicate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced work environment across multiple geographies and cultures.

Desired Skills

  • Demand Planning experience using planning software within a Services environment. Candidates would ideally have proven experience using PTC Servigistics Planning software, but not essential.

  • 3+ years of Service Supply Chain experience within a multi-national company (IT industry preferred)

  • BS / MS degree or equivalent

  • Business Level English
