Cisco Development Engineer in Krakow, Poland
Cisco launched a new product Cisco Workflow Manager (CWM) in 2023, which will make a significant role when planning and applying changes in a large, complex and multi-vendor network. We are now expanding our engineering team to meet the growing demands of our clients & partners.
What You'll Do
We are looking for a Development Engineer, located in Krakow, Poland. You will focus on backend development in a Fullstack environment and work and collaborate tightly with the frontend team.
Who You Are
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or engineering.
Programming languages:
- Go, Python
Experience with:
Go design patterns, gRPC & protobuf, REST, microservices architecture, docker.
You understand networking concepts and protocols.
Fluent in the English language
Experience with SDLC tools like Jenkins, Git, Automated Testing Frameworks.
Knowledge of one or more of the following technology areas is desired:
Exposure to implementing authorization & authentication.
Experience with PostgreSQL
Serverless specification
Experience with workflow automation tools. and familiar with workflow development concepts (Serverless Workflow Specification, OpenAPI Specification)
Experience in containerized infrastructure & Virtualization, like Kubernetes, vSphere.

This position will be a part if Cisco NSO-, ConfD & Workflow engineering group. You will be part of a talented team of software engineers that have a proven record of producing quality and successful products. The team is currently distributed across Sweden, United States, and Poland.
