Cisco Partner Account Manager - Karachi Pakistan in Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a dynamic individual to help drive the Cisco's partner community in Pakistan and Oman, our #1 route to market.

What You'll do

The Partner Account Manager's main role is to collaborate with key Cisco Partners to grow a profitable business centered around Cisco solutions. You will create strategic plans to drive incremental revenue for both Cisco and the Partner, while guiding their business transformation and promoting strong value propositions.

You’ll educate Partners on how to position Cisco solutions against competitors and identify market trends to build successful strategies. Building trust and credibility with Partner sales teams is key to increasing their engagement with Cisco solutions. Success in this role requires customer-focused sales experience, the ability to mentor by example, and collaboration across Cisco and Partner teams to implement effective growth plans.

Who You Are.

  • You have 8 years of experience working with a Partner in the Technology Industry

  • You strive to establish relationships at different levels, gain consensus, rapidly establish credibility with and gain confidence of multiple areas across Cisco and Partners

  • This role requires the skills to develop and execute a Business Plan that aligns Partners' key initiatives with Cisco's priorities for mutual market success, along with expertise in creating balanced channel landscape plans across all segments (SMB, Commercial, Enterprise, Public Sector) and partner types (direct, indirect, distributors).

  • You have strong communication, listening and presentation skills in English

  • You are diligent in your approach and ready to get yourself involved in forecasting and/or operational activities related to your role.

Preferred Qualification :

  • Any business knowledge and experience you may have in Cloud technologies, Services, Customer license Adoption (CSM), Software and Subscription sales, Managed Services and different partner business models is preferred
