What You'll Do
You have a deep understanding of collaboration products, services and solutions in European markets, including knowledge of the cloud collaboration industry, market trends and competition. You can operate within any country in the region, reporting to the EMEAR collaboration marketing lead.
You are a passionate self-starter with the ability to understand client and partner business needs and to build trustworthy relationships based on competence and verified through outcomes.
Working closely with key internal stakeholders (sales teams, global and local marketing, and technical experts) to execute activities aligned with business and marketing priorities.
Curating, adapting and when needed creating content for the EMEAR collaboration digital journeys, based on targeted personas and aligned with brand and creative platform guidelines. This includes but is not limited to blogs, case studies, social media posts, ebooks, infographics, videos and webinars.
Actively monitoring content to evaluate campaign performance from reach to revenue, and propose adjustments and improvements to execution programs based on data.
Activating demand/lead generation projects in cooperation with field marketing teams, assisting collaboration ecosystem partners when needed.
Overseeing the follow-up, nurturing and flow of collaboration marketing qualified leads to sales to meet marketing contribution targets and maximise the return on investment
Enabling the field teams with social media content through amplifying global content and crafting local social media posts including copywriting, scheduling and administration
Event management – from planning to execution, content activation, lead capture and on-site management
Procurement - vendor management, purchase orders and finance tracking
Creation of customer references in different formats – quotes, videos, stories, web pages, through engaging with sales, customers and customer advocacy teams.

Who You Are
5+ years of professional marketing experience in the technology industry, preferably B2B
You are able to demonstrate awareness of the latest B2B marketing trends
You have a broad technology awareness with a passion and specific knowledge for collaboration
You are able to collaborate, lead and work under pressure in a dynamic matrix organization
You have an established track record of activating marketing programs from conception through to execution
You bring strategic and tactical expertise in social media
You are experienced in copywriting and editing whilst adhering to brand and tone of voice guidelines
You are experienced in all stages of successful marketing campaigns and events i.e. planning, strategy, execution and distribution
You have developed excellent organization and project management skills (editorial calendars, deadlines, vendor/agency management, budgets)
You are able to operate with a high degree of autonomy
You are comfortable collaborating with global/regional/local colleagues as part of a physical or virtual team
Ambitious and able to engage and influence others
Fluent in English, other European languages (German, Spanish, Italian...) are a plus
