Job Description What You'll Do: Be part of a transformative team driving strategic change within one of Cisco's most important customers globally. Amazon is a strategic customer driving new ways of doing business across Service Providers, Enterprises, and Consumer markets. As part of the Amazon team, you will gain access to the broad palette of Cisco technologies and applications in this exciting market: next-generation IP networks, security, mobility, collaboration, cloud & virtualization, and Internet of Everything! You will be responsible for managing existing relationships and driving new business across Cisco's entire Services portfolio Who You'll Work With: You will be a part of the Amazon headquarters account team implementing account strategy, positioning/selling Cisco services, and driving results across all parts of Amazon. While managing our existing services business, You will work cross-functionally to develop strategies that uncover new market opportunities that benefit both Cisco and our customer. You will have knowledge of Cisco’s sales organization and how to collaborate/navigate across the company. Who You Are: We have an exciting sales position open on our Amazon team! This Services Seller will ideally come with a strong background and understanding of Cisco's Services and Product portfolio. This individual will also have strong executive-level communication skillsets, experience building customer and partner relationships, & successfully positioning Cisco solutions and exceeding goals. Lastly, they will have strong leadership and delegation abilities, leveraging the power of the internal team to sell Cisco's Next-Gen Advanced Services and lead over the Maintenance renewals. Our minimum requirements for this role are:• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, professional services or customer service for large enterprises.• Creative problem-solver with great attention to detail.• Proactive and results-oriented, with strong prioritization skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Demonstrated experience with network, security, and collaboration technologies.
