  • Overall responsibility in Greater China for all credit risk management related activities and credit decisions: including credit analysis, approval of credit facilities, implementation of credit policy, mitigating financial risk, strategic initiatives regarding emerging countries, day-to-day underwriting processes, compliance and periodic reporting requirements to senior management

  • The role will oversee and be responsible for Cisco Capital Term lending, Trade and Channel finance portfolio’s, overseeing 2 – 3 lending staff.

  • This level includes full single-signing authority to determine lines of credit up to policy approved guideline amounts

  • This position requires an individual that can work with limited or no supervision, and who can take a business plan or initiative and convey it to his team and carry out the objectives

  • Reports to Chief Credit Officer Asia Pacific Japan & China; and/or Chief Risk Officer Worldwide in Global Credit Organization

  • 10+ years’ experience in credit analysis and risk management. Strong influence and organizational skills

  • Core competencies/skills required include: quantitative & qualitative analysis, strategic business analysis, and familiarity with financial statements, credit decision systems and tools
