What You'll Do

We have an extraordinary opportunity for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join the team in Service Automation - Infrastructure team responsible for building CI/CD pipelines, programmability through well-defined APIs, and support of Day 1 and Day 2 operations. To support this transformation, we are looking for an expert and hardworking individual to help build out this team by establishing industry standard software development guidelines, development tools, and repeatable pattern libraries.

Responsibilities include:

Architect, design, test and deliver system software to satisfy automation requirements

• UI/UX Design:

• Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for web applications using REACT.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to create user-centered designs.

• Development:

• Write high-quality, reusable code and implement UI components using REACT.

• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities.

• User Experience:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across different devices and platforms.

• Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• We're seeking a hardworking, experienced and self-motivated IT professional who has a real passion for technology. You feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and you are able to influence within and outside the organization. Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a focus on REACT with a total of 8 to 12 years of experience.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of front-end components with back-end services.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development tools.

Who You Are

We're seeking a hardworking, guide and self-motivated IT professional who has a real passion for technology. You feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and you are able to influence within and outside the organization. Minimum requirements include:

Overall, 8-10 years of IT experience from development background and in that minimum 3 years of experience in Python/Java/Java Script/React Native technology with full implementation lifecycle stages like analysis, design, architect, development, testing and deployment.

Hands on experience with complete understanding of technology to identification to implementation on a high availability platform.

Ability to communicate efficiently with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple fields

Creating and maintaining solution and other process documentation

Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills

Experience writing / debugging web applications in Python, Java and Java script

Ability to develop automation use-cases

Experience in DevOps environment and

Excited about technology and ignite people around you
