Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in developing chatbots using Large Language Models, with a focus on models like GPT-4, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral or similar.

• Proficiency in tools like LangChain for Copilot development and integration.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

• In-depth knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.

• Familiarity with the latest advancements in language models and NLP research.

• Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks and platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

What you will do

AI Co-Pilot Development:

• Design and develop an advanced AI Copilot using frameworks like LangChain, seamlessly integrating vector databases for efficient data retrieval and storage.

• Implement and optimize the copilot's interaction with users through state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs).

Integration and Deployment:

• Integrate Copilot into various platforms and channels, ensuring seamless user experiences.

• Deploy Copilot across different environments, considering scalability and performance.

Customization and Personalization:

• Customize Copilot behavior based on specific business requirements and user needs.

• Implement personalization features to enhance user engagement.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in LLMs and natural language processing techniques.

• Implement continuous improvements to enhance Copilot performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers, to ensure alignment with project goals.

Testing and Optimization:

• Conduct thorough testing of Copilot functionalities, identifying and addressing any issues.

• Optimize Copilot performance through A/B testing and user feedback analysis.

We are actively seeking a skilled Developer building with expertise in leveraging the power of Large Language Models (LLMs), including the latest advancements, and proficiency in tools like LangChain, vector databases, LLM caches.
