You will work closely with business stakeholders to implement end-to-end data and analytics solutions. You will define and implement metrics to quantify business impact and find opportunities to simplify the process by leveraging data and enabling users to make data-driven decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with both internal and external partners/ stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate them into technical specifications for the HANA product.

  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather and document user stories, use cases, and business processes.

  • Analyze and evaluate data sources, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information for the HANA product development.

  • Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents (User Stories), business process/product flows, and system integration diagrams.

  • Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives and requirements.

  • Assist in the creation and execution of test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of the HANA product.

  • Provide ongoing support to the HANA Product Team, addressing any issues or concerns related to business processes and requirements and capabilities

  • Candidate should be able to read SQL/CV written in SAP HANA to understand the existing logic, create flow diagrams, and make logical conclusions on how different datasets can be integrated.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment, preferably working with HANA or similar products.

  • Strong understanding of database technologies, data modeling, and analytics.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

  • Familiarity with SAP HANA or related technologies is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Minimum experience needed as 10+ years
