Digital Lifecycle Journeys: Growth Journeys + Solutions Leader, Digital Marketing Development Who You Are The Digital Lifecycle Journeys team seeks a leader to drive the strategy and execution of the Customer Experience (CX) Marketing and Demand Gen digital journeys. This person would own the team responsible for crafting, building and handling the roll out of all associated campaigns. This role would be the accountable party to engage across the company with various partners, including CX Campaign leads and the Platforms team. You will be responsible for related results against globally aligned end to end capabilities supporting the CX business. This role will work with the Marketing technology platforms team to develop an innovative application of personalized content, establish standard methodologies and craft the operational model for this practice. You will partner closely with organizational leaders to assess the overall health of digital journeys and build a roadmap to continually optimize and improve the customer’s digital experience. You will utilize customer segmentation and analytics to ensure we’re delivering the right customers the right messaging, at the right time, in a way that results in increased contact and lead capture, ultimately driving bookings growth and success for Cisco. What you’ll do: * Builds team roadmap, strategy, and operational guidelines for the new DLJ: Growth Journeys + Solutions practice in partnership with cross-functional leadership * Develops digital journeys deliver critical campaigns: utilizing offers, solutions and use cases that will drive ALL customers to use, love and renew Cisco CX solutions via digital * Works cross-functionally to build the customer journey map with rules, data exchange, content, digital/human/physical touch points for all routes to market * Uses data and customer/partner/seller listening to craft and optimize journeys * Analyze, design, and implement changes to engagement points between the customer and the company to improve customer experience with company services and products * Serve as customer advocate and recommend the signature digital customer experience for partnering teams * Identify business objectives and reporting requirements of internal customer-- lead all aspects of the reporting and analysis of critical performance indicators * Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams as a customer advocate to integrate client feedback into decisions on processes, products, and service offerings to improve client usability, happiness, and dedication We are seeking high-energy and qualified candidates who possess the following skills and experience: * 10+ years demonstrated ability in the tech industry, with specific experience working in the partner/channel space on digital marketing, end-to-end customer journey development, platform automation, data analytics or operations * Experience using Salesforce and related products like Marketing cloud, Eloqua, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Gainsight, Datorama, or other selling and customer success platforms * Outstanding leadership, writing and presentation skills; ability to use various types of media to tell informative stories clearly, creatively, and succinctly * Proven efficiency in working with development organizations, sales, marketing and channel teams Who you’ll work with You will work cross functionally with CX, Sales, Marketing, and IT organizations, playing a leadership role in redefining Cisco Marketing by implementing tools, solutions and integration to support our GTM efforts, driving us toward a data-driven digital organization.
